Back after technical difficulties.
Well after some technical issues I am back up and running. It’s actually quite amazing, when your bill is due it is due right then and there no if’s ands or buts. But when it comes to customer service for technical issue you can’t get a call back or even a live person on the line. Go figure the big companies will take your money in a heartbeat but leave you hanging for days upon days without even a courtesy call to let you know the status of your service order. I don’t know about you but in my book that’s poor customer service, now I have worked in retail for years and although I don’t subscribe to the hands down customer is always right theory I do believe that he customer is still paying your salary and without them you would be out of a job. I believe that even if you know the customer is wrong they should be treated with the same respect that you would expect at any other place you may patron and you should always remember word about terrible customer service spreads faster than word about excellent customer service and eventually with enough angry patrons your clientele will eventually dwindle and your shutting down. This is more accurate now with the current economy than ever before, people won’t spend their hard earned money at place A if they recieve better service and more respect at place B. Buisiness owners corporate or small watch your employees closely and their mouths even closer they just might be the weight that sinks you in the rising waters of this economy.
Remember unless you have a unique, one of a kind service you can and most likely will be replaced. Happy New Year everyone.
